Overnight Housesitting
$75 per nightKim stays overnight in your home, so pets keep their beds, their routines, and their favorite person-shaped space on the couch. Includes morning and evening care, mail and plant pickup, and a lived-in look for your house.

Drop-In Visit
A half-hour home visit: feeding, fresh water, litter or potty break, medication if needed, and some dedicated attention — with a photo pupdate every time.

Dog Walking
$25 per visitA 30-minute neighborhood walk at your dog's pace — sniffs encouraged, leash manners practiced, water topped up before Kim leaves.

$55 per nightYour pet joins Kim's household for the duration — home-style boarding with a fenced yard, no kennels, and a strictly limited guest list so everyone gets real attention.

The fine print, in plain English
- Your first pet is always included. Extra pets add a small per-night or per-visit fee (shown on each service).
- Major holidays carry a surcharge per night or visit — those are Kim's family days too, so holiday spots are limited and worth requesting early.
- New clients start with a free meet & greet — no obligation, no charge.
- Unlike the big sitter apps, it's the same insured sitter every time with no platform fees — these rates are comparable to local Rover sitters once Rover's roughly 11% client service fee is added on.
- No payment is taken online. Every request shows an estimate from these published rates; Kim confirms the final total with you directly.
